SUFFOLK COUNTY SHERIFF RECOGNIZES ECLI-VIBES FOR OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY IMPACT

(ISLANDIA, NY) – On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, Suffolk County Sheriff Errol D. Toulon, Jr. recognized ECLI-VIBES with the Sheriff’s Community Leadership Award during a visit to their Islandia location.

ECLI-VIBES is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking through trauma-informed advocacy, crisis intervention, and access to critical resources. Their work plays a vital role in helping survivors achieve safety, stability, and healing. As January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, Sheriff Toulon wanted to highlight and commend their work with survivors of trafficking by presenting them the award.

Each month, Sheriff Toulon presents the Community Leadership Award to Suffolk County residents and organizations that go above and beyond to support their communities and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. To nominate someone for Sheriff Toulon’s Community Leadership Award, please email SheriffPIO@SuffolkCountyny.gov.
