Warrant Arrest: Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct

10/21/19: Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Pond, Raymond, 50, of West Islip, NY, for an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant was issued out of Amityville Village Court for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Mr. Pond was arrested after he approached the Riverhead Correctional Facility Deputy Booth on foot and stated, “I want to turn myself in.” The warrant was confirmed based on a computer check of DMV records.
