Telehealth Services

Telehealth uses commonly used services, such as Facetime and Skype, to connect patients with medical health professionals.


In order to protect yourself and healthcare, experts are urging individuals to use telehealth/telemedicine services when possible. If you have a smartphone or laptop with a camera you can be seen virtually by a medical health professional.


Providers that use Telehealth Services/Virtual Visits:

Northwell Health GoHealth Urgent Care- Available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm

ProHEALTH Care- Available Monday-Friday 7am-7pm Saturday & Sunday 7am-4pm. For immediate services use ProHealth's Teladoc services available 24/7.

CityMD- Available 24/7 online or through the CityMD app.

Long Island Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence- Call 631-979-1700 to be connected to their hotline


On Tuesday March 17, 2020 President Donald Trump announced that Medicare patients are now able to use telehealth services to visit any doctor virtually free of charge.


Call your Primary Care Physician to see if they offer also telehealth or virtual services.
