Arrest: Aggravated Harassment and Coercion

10/24/19: At approximately 11:30 AM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested James Hollman, 24, of Bellport, NY, for criminal contempt in the second degree. Mr. Hollman violated an active family court order of protection when he sent his child’s mother threatening text messages concerning child custody. In addition to the charge of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, Mr. Hollman was charged with aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree, coercion in the 3rd degree, and Suffolk County Local Law 675-3 which prohibits disclosure of intimate images.
